Dopper has launched a worldwide offensive against disposable plastic water bottles. The Dutch social enterprise has released a film and a short documentary series in which it portrays people who fight on different levels against plastic waste in the oceans.
The campaign was made by Doppers internal creative team, freelance creative Sander van de Vlasakker & CHAPTER Amsterdam. It shows people worldwide who make a difference with simple, everyday actions. Dopper calls them wavemakers. From Lilly Platt, an 11-year-old activist living in the Netherlands, to Miss Donna-Ray Jones, a drag queen who gives plastic a second life on stage.
The film is accompanied by a series of 8 short documentaries, which tell the diverse stories of the wavemakers and show how everyone, anywhere, can change something.
